THOUGHTFUL NUTRITION FOR PCOS GROUP

This small, supportive group is designed for women 18+ with PCOS or suspected PCOS who are looking for practical, compassionate nutrition guidance and community. 

This group is ideal if you’re feeling overwhelmed by PCOS nutrition advice and want a thoughtful, supportive place to learn and feel less alone. Over the 6 weeks, we’ll focus on building a clear, realistic understanding of PCOS and the lifestyle factors that can support overall health. Topics will include:

  • What PCOS is and how it can affect the body

  • Nutrition fundamentals for PCOS

  • The role of sleep and movement/exercise in PCOS

  • Stress and nervous system support (time permitting)

Sessions are educational, supportive, and discussion-based, with space for questions and shared learning.


What to expect: 

  • Foundational PCOS nutrition education 

  • A safe, inclusive space for questions and discussion 

  • Supportive community with others navigating PCOS 

  • Evidence-based guidance without dieting or extremes 

Group details: 

  • Small group: ~6-8 participants who reside in New York or New Jersey

  • Virtual sessions 

  • Wednesdays, 8:30–9:30 PM (subject to change)

  • 6-week series 

  • $25 per session
